★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was interested in purchasing at the Green square vert. The sales rep was illusive from me the entire week. Then when I finally got a hold of him and told them about a unit I was interested in they hiked the prices up overnight by $60k and said that was the new sales price. I worked for a developer in the past and I was not expecting this type of shallow stuff from Troika. Greedy and dishonorable.
The spec quality is sub standard even for a multifamily unit with shower tub inserts and thing countertops. There are better options at the same price around kelowna.
