Since visiting Kelowna few years back I have been looking to buy a place in Kelowna but just couldn't decide on the location.
I wanted to be right on the lake but in Downtown too at the same time.
Seemed like a Paradox....but once I saw the location of Shelter Bay Townhouses I was immediately sold, and bought the Townhouse even without visiting the actual site in person. Jody was amazing to deal with and provided all the details and answered all my queries.....right down to developer credentials and track record. I was so impressed with the Van Maren Group that not only I bought a Townhouse in Shelter Bay but also bought another one in Base10 project in Chilliwack by the same developer.(Van Maren). I am very excited to see the project coming to life and can hardly wait to see the downtown lights shimmering over the lake waters from my rooftop terrace.
