We dealt with John from Green Metal Roofing, this guy is an amazing professional with the knowledge and experience he has in the Roofing industry, John explained everything to us what was going to be done on the house and believe me it was beyond our expectations when the job was finished. All the materials that were used were high quality materials. The Crew that worked on our house are professional hard working guys, I must say the weather was bad but these guys got it done and when the job was done everything was clean up to perfection...thanks to John with his honest advice that guide us through this project from start to finished.. I would recommend this company to anyone doing their Metal roof....

John came out the next day after our initial call to meet outside - socially distanced and with masks. He was able to show us samples of different styles and colours that were available and he completed measurements and gave us a quote that day. He was also very patient in answering all of our questions. Within a few weeks of booking and paying the deposit, the roof installer completed the work. Pavel was professional and did a great job, he also did a cleanup each night before leaving. Once finished, John returned to do an inspection and also provided us some photos from a drone camera of the new roof. So far everything has gone smoothly and we are very happy with our decision to go with Green Metal. Everyone we worked with was friendly and the roof came out looking great! The prices were also competitive with other quotes that we received.

After the work was done there were a few touchups to do and John and Martin were really good about getting them done quickly. They stood behind the product. Warranty looks solid hopefully I never have to use it. I will definitely update this post if anything changes but at the moment I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

John was an amazing person to work with. He came in on time and he provided me with a very detailed initial estimate. He was thorough, detailed and provided me a complete overview of the project such as choices of different metal roof type, price and what I can expect. No pressure at all! The pricing was very fair and met my budget. His time lines were accurate and kept me updated on any delays that arose. Thank you John! Jeff installed the roof and did a tremendous job. The project was completed without any concerns and we’re totally satisfied with the finished product. I can’t help but certainly recommend Green Metal Roofing if you’re considering a metal roof project. You will definitely not be disappointed!

I used Green Metal Roofing and Manufacturing . They have done many houses in my area. Last November I have met with John Olczak to discuss all the aspects of metal roof installation. He was very knowledgeable. Always responded to my additional questions prior to the job.Developed step by step plan, tentative date of completion. He gave me suggestions in regards to the gutter downspouts and downpipes, which I completed prior to the roof change. Work took place on time. The crew under team leader Michael worked very hard , were very competent, kept area around clean. Many people were preparing me for popcorn sounds during the rain. Nothing like that happened. And we had a thunderstorm. The job was reassess by John with pictures taken by drone. And also double checked by the owner of the company. Overall I was happy with the whole process.

We met with John Olczak and we were very impressed by the use of the drone that showed us areas of shingles that were missing and to provide an accurate quote for a new metal roof. John was very patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly and honestly. He was very prompt in answering any additional concerns that I had by email. We never felt pressured in any way to choose Green Metal Roofing, but we are very happy that we did. The crew took a little bit longer to install our roof due to unfortunately being down a man as a result of an injury that occurred just a few days prior to starting our job. However, we did not mind the delay, as the end result is an amazing looking and long-lasting roof!
