J	Jennifer Lindsay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year the service was absolutely brutal. This year we worked out an agreement with green drop to give them another chance with our business. They were worse then last year. They set a date that they are coming and on more then one occasion didn’t even come and still sent the service completion email. If they came They must be so fast that our cameras cannot catch them applying the fertilizer . I have called in to speak to a manager but just get the run around and to date have never received a call back ... our lawn looks worse then when we signed up with green drop! PEOPLE DO NOT GO WITH GREEN DROP !

J	John Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a gift certificate for a 1 year treatment plan, the first session was great, killed the weeds lawn was looking great. But later in the summer when 2nd treatment was planned for, we were not around and the lawn care was awful. Weeds were not sprayed and looked horrible. We are now in a back and forth battle to get more treatments done for what was missed. I do not recommend this company and will never get Green drop again. You just lost a potential client. Also for people looking to get them, I would advise to make sure to be home so they would do the proper work that they claim to do.

Their suggestions are also very helpful with regards to lawn care. I've had them for many years and will continue using their service. My lawn has been at its best since they came and took care of it.

I use to get them but recently they have been well not so good...to say the least. I got a text this year - "to complete the Kick Start service", a mistake I thought, but they came the next day and fertilized; what was the beginning of the service? I have called twice, texted once, they said a manager would call, come see, would make it right - absolutely nothing - lawn is still striped. They don't even deserve 1 star. The last person I talked to was Ashley who said she would talk to her supervisor to get a hold of the manager in our area ASAP - still nothing. So I am forced to write a review. Barb G, Saskatoon
