C	Cheryl Tremblay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have 2 shipments that have been out for delivery since April 19 with no updates done. Both were UPS shipments that go to Coutts for rural Saskatoon delivery. There has been no calls to say they do not deliver to us or for directions. This is not the first time they have delivered to us. Each time the deliveries have been days later than the shipment was to be and has resulted in phone calls to UPS complaining of the service we recieved from them partnering with Coutts courier. I have left a message this morning at Coutts office in Saskatoon to verify if in fact these orders will be delivered today or if they are just sitting in the back of the building. Let's see if anyone calls me back.
T	Tarren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company had temporarily changed their hours. They phone me to tell me I must pick up my package at their location in Saskatoon. When I show up I see a sign saying they are not allowing pick ups until after 1pm. This was not mentioned when they phoned me at 7:30am or listed on their website. I drove 35 minutes with two small children and was forced to wait 40 minutes in my car before they would help me.

Weeks go by so check the tracking number and status reads, “In Saskatoon”. For nearly 3 weeks. Received no delivery notice & no phone calls. Then say that they don’t have it so must’ve been returned? Is driving out to Martensville an impediment?! Her grad is in one week & no dress. Not acceptable!! I see many other reviews like this. Why does UPS continue to use them?
M	Matt S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally every package we have recieved from Coutts Courier has been a nightmare. To the point that it feels intentional. For our latest example, we planned our day around waiting for an important delivery. It never showed up and was marked as undeliverable because our address doesnt exist... We then looked at our security cameras to see the delivery driver parked in front of our house to deliver a package to our neighbors. The time stamp from UPS showed that she marked our address as non-existent less than 5 mins later... When this exact same driver has been to our place DOZENS of times. This company should not be in business. I've never dealt with such all-round incompetence as I have with Coutts Courier.
R	Rachel Brower on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not begin to describe the deplorable business practices they have. They are third party contracted by UPS and it is always a nightmare. They misplace shipments in "special places" in their warehouse when you want to pick up on location. Don't send payments through to UPS, or bill 3+ months later. UPS will hound you saying you owe them money... Is COD of course I paid! Not to mention we have seen their female delivery driver come to our neighbors house and deliver a package, not deliver our expected package & mark ours as no such address. (Even though she's been dozens of times) just to put off the date of delivery date. We have had so many problems with her it seem she does stuff out of spite. The office is very unorganized and anyone can walk in the door and take the packages from the office that are there for pickup as they are not in a secure location. When I have called to get managers numbers I get the run around and have been given numbers to people who are not who I need to speak with. Use FedEx or Canada posts Purolator if you are all can. UPS is not worth the nightmare you have to put up with when they contract out to Coutts.
D	Daniel J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a call about a package waiting for pick up, I called to let them know I would be there to pick it up. Used an app called Arrive, it said my package was being returned to sender. Thinking it was a glitch, I went in to check. They could not locate it at their building and found that they had mistakenly put the package in return to sender versus holding. Now I understand human error, no problem. They told me they were going to get ahold of the driver who had the package and get it returned back as quickly as possible, I told them no problem, give me a call when you get the package. It has since been about two weeks, no word. I tried calling, the call went to a voicemail. No return call back from them, I had to get into contact with the original business to have them send out another package, so hopefully they will have this one and keep it when it's delivered to them until pick up.

I dealt with Curtis Hauck and he went above and beyond to make sure I received my package. Extremely impressed with the service!
