β β β β β During the initial move in process everything was great. The two ladies we dealt with Meghan and Ashley were responsive and absolute angels.
Actually living here and dealing with them on a regular basis is completely different. They are unresponsive at best and absolutely rude on the phone, especially Tammy. The unit was discusting when we moved in. There was a random toilet in the hall,thw heat would not work. And they did not care. Now they are constantly here, not to fix anything but to show completely overpriced apartments and cram even more people into this mice infested building.

β β β β β As an investor, trusting a property management company with your properties is a big deal. For us, GSPM has proved extremely deserving of that trust! They are responsive, professional, attentive, and do great quality work. They truly understand the real estate business - they are collaborative and help us to make the best decisions for our properties. They are also lovely people, and easy to get along with, which makes working with them a pleasure. I highly recommend Brigitte and her team!

β β β β β My husband and I were looking for a rental a year ago. I messaged Bridget I believe her name was on Facebook. We were talking about a couple apartments available and she asked me if I had pets. I responded no my dog died. She then asked again and I responded no my dog died and don't plan to get any for a long time. She messaged back" I looked at your Facebook page no pets". I again explained my dog is dead I don't have pets. She would not message me back. I even offered to show her my dogs ashes and the vet bills. We didn't get to meet her or see any rentals as I never heard back. I found a apartment with a great landlord but it took a year with covid-19 going on and Chelmsford being a small town. I'm very disappointed with this company and co owner. I will be going elsewhere now that we are looking at buying a house.

β β β β β Very rude, building is infested with mice and roaches. Their renovations were almost 100% cosmetic to look pretty, yet you can see how shoddy the work is. I was told that the building was secure, yet the door is broken and won't latch when closed, so anyone can walk in. Definitely overpriced. They seem to value the investors way more than the tenants. As long as the investor is happy and making money they don't care about anything else.

β β β β β I've found that GSPM team has been personable, helpful in many areas. They care about their clients and finding them a suitable home. Make sure they can check all your boxes of needs.
The units I viewed were updated, clean, painted or in the process of being painted.
Affordable, reliable, responsive and flexible.
They found me a place within my budget, they were their to answer any question I had. And then some. They made time to go through the unit with me and were able to make any necessary addon chnages to ensure client satisfaction.
I have had positive experience being a tenant and seek new living arrangements with the GSPM.
I will be recommending them as they already came highly recommended to me by other landlord and services.
