Mike from First General was knowledgeable and considerate, made both my wife and I feel that he would ensure that no water was left to mould between walls by being thorough. A team of 12-15 people was there a few hours later to begin their work. They were thorough, respectful and friendly. They even swept up our driveway after pulling everything out of the house. Would definitely recommend their services.

They were professional and paid very close attention to detail. They were very friendly to deal with and always made sure that we were happy with the work they performed before leaving. First General is definitely who I would hire again every time!

I can’t say enough about this company , the staff was amazing and very professional. Very clean, accommodating and very fast with getting everything done. I feel like I’m living in a brand new house. THANK YOU SOO MUCH !!! I am so happy with everything!!!!! My home feels like a home again ! If I could give 10⭐️Stars I would .

I will not recommend nor use their services again. There is NO customer service, they simply ignore you and move on, no follow through.

I knew things were going to be bad when not one note was taken during our first discussion....windows, doors and chimney were overlooked....I would never, never, never have anything to do with this company or family ever again. Beware.
