Once inside Kyle explained what had to be done and did it. Job went very smooth once the city guys left...Kyle and Anthony went above and beyond to finish the job knowing the building has 5 tenants counting on them. Anthony reassured us that they would be there until it was completed. We are very satisfied with the work done, highly recommend Greater Sudbury Plumbing. Brad

He is very knowledgable, polite and informative on the work that is being done. This company deserves more than 5 stars. We will continue to use them.

These other heating companies were gouging me thousands of dollars for the same work. Anthony, the owner was very helpful and honest, he recommended the proper system heating system for my needs and in my price range. The installers Jason and Bailey, were very polite and very professional. Answered all my questions. They showed up on time and completed the installation without any problems, as promised. I'm looking at having my water treatment system upgraded. I need a Iron Remover, PH adjuster and Water softener installed and I'm not even calling anybody else except Greater Sudbury Plumbing and Heating. Leo

They did not charge us any extra due to the fact that it was a holiday. They rectified the problem, were efficient and professional in doing so. Great customer service and they are truely professionals. These guys definitely provide great service for the price. Would recommend to anyone. Definitely a reputable company.
