9961526 Canada Limited’s Three-Year Rail Network Plan indicates where on our line we intend to take steps to discontinue operations in the next three years. This plan is kept up to date and indicates for each of our lines our intent to continue operations.
Pursuant to Section 141 of the Canada Transportation Act, 9961526 Canada Limited has updated it’s Three-Year Rail Network Plan.
This Plan consists of two schedules:

9961526 Canada Limited has no intentions of discontinuing any lines located within its network.

Schedule B (below) is comprised of a map. It is included to graphically illustrate 9961526 Canada Limited’s rail network and to provide general information only about 9961526 Canada Limited’s Network Plan.
9961526 Canada Limited owns 5.4 miles of track known as the McNeil Spur. Great Sandhills Railway is the exclusive service provider to 9961526 Canada Limited. 9961526 Canada Limited has no intentions to discontinue operations of its line.
