We had a patio door installed in September. We now have water marks on the top right corner of my door that runs down the side on the trim and on the bottom right corner as well. Have called multiple times spoke with reception once but owner will not return our calls. The whole installation was a nightmare! Very disappointed!

The doors are very high quality. There were small set backs but the owner was on it and here I sit thinking how much I like the look of my patio door and my 2 entry doors.I like how the owner of the business checked in to make sure the workmanship was up to snuff. Hope the business is here next year because we think we would like to upgrade some windows. Its nice to have a business person who knows the product and cares about his customer. Hi, I am a return customer and am happy to tell anyone who will listen that our new windows are just wonderful, excellent price and workmenship. We did our whole house with triple pane. The house is sooo quiet and far more comfortable. I think our heating bill will be less. Thanks Vince you and your team are tops in our book.

Excellent quality of windows. The installers showed up when expected and did a great job. The site was cleaned thoroughly. I would certainly recommend this business.

If i could rate this company a 0⭐️ I would. This guy’s work failed our inspections, Like to cover his work up fast. This guy is a DIY specialist. We ordered windows and told 6 weeks. They arrived in 6 weeks with casement windows. 4 of the 5 windows did NOT fit, when the owner vince measured it himself. He then re-ordered them and 10 months later Still did not get the replacements. This company is a disaster and first thing was to blame his wife for the mixup when input the order into the system. He agreed to install the windows when It was a supply job only! He installed 2 of them NOT to code and failed inspection! After waiting 8 months he advises that Stage windows lost the remake. I called stage myself and got it fixed up and windows remade. GNWD advised stage they would pick it up the week of Christmas, but Vincent said he had zero care, he refused to install the rest of the windows and said he has other customers first. I advised that this customer (me) has waited 10 months and Im sure none of his other customers waited the time I waited… He came to measure, He messed up on the dimensions after explaining it was an insulated & heated addon but this DIY “specialist” did not account for trim! He said just use quarter round! ?! Windows finally delivered mid January damaged! I asked him to be home for delivery so I can accept and he delivered them to the side of my house in an extreme snow storm! When I found the windows 5 days later (he didn’t tell me he dropped them off). They were damaged! This guy does piece work! His Facebook reviews are hidden as when I told him his reviews are terrible he deactivated them! This is now a legal matter:) This guy does not communicate! Anyone wanting to see how this guy treats his clients message me, and will happily show his lack of communication, and ongoing promises, and failed inspection reports! Walk Away! Vincent service is terrible, he can’t use a measuring tape, and cannot communicate with anyone!
