★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not impressed at all, during a time when its best to call ahead to see if the product u have already purchased before is in stock, an they cant even get a person from the department to answer the phone,, really not ok. Generally its a decent store , but really no diff then any other ,, an as for getting help, ya ok, said to go to the service desk, an everyone working i guess doesnt work that desk as stood there while they all walked around an not the first time this has gone on. Thats ok, cause home depot sell same product, an they answered their phone.
