★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come to this location many times. There is usually a pretty short wait, but I still use the "online check-in" feature to ensure I don't have to wait for 45 minutes inside the store.
I pretty much always get great service. Usually the ladies are very friendly, and listen well when I explain how I like my hair to be cut/styled.
Clean establishment, friendly staff, and alright prices. Will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in and my hair was to my backside asked for it to be cut to my shoulders with layers and a bit of face framing, by the time the lady was done cutting my hair it was just below chin length, which I could have lived with but when I got home the layers are uneven and choppy, there's no fixing except to get a shorter cut which I will not do. I won't be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked in earlier before other gentlemen for 2 haircuts, according to system it was my turn but hair stylist just outsmart the system and took another person for haircut where it was clearly my turn. I felt like I'm getting punished for being differnt color.
ANE other hairstylst understood the situation and helped me with haircut.
If you don't want to deal with people from differnt color this wrong profession. Also if i would expct call from manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into get my haircut and a new girl was there. I went over exactly what I wanted done. She cut way to much off the back (which she said when I was done). She couldn’t get the sideburns strait. Looking at them after the cut was done I don’t think she even touched them as they where so uneven. She didn’t even know how to cut around my ears or even make it straight. I had to get my gf to fix it the best she could when I got home. It was so bad I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this location or franchise.

They got an online check-in which allows them to check you in from the comfort of your home skipping the line and getting ready for the haircut without having to wait at the place. The staff is friendly and nice. And whether you want small talk or you are going straight for a haircut they'll understand.
