★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST PLACE! We got our haircuts from here and the two south asian ladies who cut our hair, both were so bad and not trained at all. She said she worked there for 11 years but she butchered my hair. She was so bad and when I asked her to look at the picture again as the hair were way below the chin's length in the picture and they are not even even. She said, "Oh, I did not see where your chin was". Later, I told her you cut them too short, she said, "Oh, don't worry, they will grow back". They both were not even apologetic , just said that this is how it is. For the men's haircut, she did not know how to fade and we had to ask her to look on YouTube, she said no I am good. They were both the worst "hairdressers" - as I do not think they were anything but unprofessional people who were taught to handle a scissors in their hand. Customer service also sucks as the manager did not get back to me. The worst place ever, please save your hair and money and do NOT get a haircut from here! This by far the worst place I have experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really great hair cut here! The stylist actually listened and looked at the photo I showed her on my phone and then gave me the cut I asked for! Which is quite unique in my experience... have had many bad haircuts trying to get what I like! The cut I wanted this time is really pretty extreme short... she did it perfect! And the cost is so reasonable! And I get a discount on my next cut too for only $14.99... like wow!!

I checked in online, only had to wait 5-10 mins and my hair dresser gave me the exact cut I wanted and was also very friendly. I got over 6 inches off, my hair has a natural wave and the cut really made the wave stand out. They had a sale so it was incredibly well priced as well.
