My hair was cut lop sided and way shorter than I asked. The employee cutting my hair said she was nervous and stressed. She did not even try to give me a good cut. Never coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hit and miss. Some great hairdressers here tho. If possible find a good one and stick. Varying skill levels. Consistency is not a guarantee. They do our kids hair pretty well so good value for dollar there.
Make sure you update you hair profile so they know what you want.
The online sign up is great.

Talia is my fave, she pays attention to details as she does her signature looking from afar and looking too close move. Everybody are so welcoming. Keep up the good work ladies and thank you for all you do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go to our local Great Clips on Beverly St. The women there are very professional and welcoming. I appreciate that they have our histories on the size blades, preferences, etc and they refer to them. i like being asked if I want anything changed or different and at the end being asked if I want the cut shorter. These are measures of quality in the service industry.
