★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, called on a busy morning today Jan.3rd 2018. CAA was too busy to schedule me in & Barrie Towing was too busy!, but I called Graves Towing & they were here in less than 30 mins! :-O. Should have called them first!. They are going on Speed dial now, Fast, Friendly & they easily loaded & unloaded my truck from a flatbed with it's rear differential LOCKED! using "skates". Unbelievable!. What other towing companies failed to deliver on, they came through & delivered!. Big Thanks, you guys rock & you made my day!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Graves Towing and spoke with Jodi after CAA messed up and sent me a small pickup truck to tow my car (which needs a flatbed to tow). She sent me a flatbed within an hour on a day when the temp was down around -25C and CAA was so busy I couldn't contact them either by phone (lines were busy) or their website ("temporarily unavailable"). The tow truck operator (Barry) was very friendly and very helpful. Thanks to both Jodi and Barry for helping to make a miserable situation much more pleasant than it could have been!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My nephew had a flat tire on Highway 400. Graves towing was there on the scene in 15-20 minutes. The gentleman was so helpful in getting my nephew off the side of the shoulder on the 400 and to a service centre. I was happy with the quick response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doug was fabulous. Came to hook up my car at 6:40 on a Sunday morning with a smile. He was customer oriented,and made sure to check in with me before touching or being involved with my car in any way, and as a cherry on top the price is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run as fast as you can away from this company. If you have an accident and they show up to "help you" they are not your friends. The will mislead you into believing that the other insurance company will pay for everything. But its not true. No fault insurance means that your insurance is the one that pays. Once they tow your car it goes to their "secure storage" fees at at crazy rates are being charged and you wont get your car back or taken to the repair place until they are have every last cent extracted from your insurance. They are also in league with Certified Car and Truck rental, the rental place will charge you 250$ if you try and turn the car in before your car is fixed and the cost for the rental is prob 2X that of a regular rental place.. Call your insurance claims dept. right from the accident. They will help you better.
