★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys can't be trusted! I requested a quote for developing a website. During my first call with Stephanie McGregor she was extremely curious about the market research for my business which I found strange. She mentioned that she was busy building a website for a client in the same industry... To my surprise in a follow-up email, she requested my full detailed business plan before they would engage with me. I told them that I would only do that if they sign a confidentiality agreement. She responded and said they don't work with entrepreneurs despite our previous conversations and the fact that I'm fully funded. It is evident that Stephanie wanted access to my detailed market research for free. DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS! Best to work with someone you can trust!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve worked with Graphically Speaking to develop our new website over the past few months. For ACETECH, this has been a fantastic experience. A lot of time was spent early in the project clarifying our needs, and the team was there to coach us all along on the path to website development with the right questions, a very effective methodology, and realistic timelines.
We’ve worked with other agencies in the past that were very much focused on graphics and features. But a website is a very complex communication tool. It can serve many goals and objectives. Clarifying those was the starting point with the team at Graphically Speaking, and this really helped us get the right focus to develop the content and the messaging to achieve what was important to us.
The vast majority of our customers come to us via our website. Since our launch in October, we’ve nearly doubled our membership. I believe this has a lot to do with the clarity and simplicity of our website. It has been real pleasure working with the team. Max & Andrew, thanks for all the time and energy spend on managing this project. I always felt like that we were a priority. For us, this is just the beginning of a long relationship with Graphically Speaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You shouldn't trust this company at all.They never perform what they promise. We signed a contract with Graphically Speaking in 2015 to create an online store for our company.We paid more than $11,000 to them in 2016 , yet no website has been built for us.Despite what they claim, they have neither the expertise nor the knowledge to do such an easy job.I warn anybody seeking their service not to trust them.They are not reliable and they are not professional in their approach when they fail to perform the service they have been requested to provide.

Their skills, project management and overall professionalism is exactly what we needed. It all comes with a price, but that's how it goes! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Graphically Speaking to build a completely custom website. After doing a fully comprehensive search for companies, Graphically Speaking kept coming onto our short list. We set up a meeting and walked through in detail what we were looking for.
Our original Project Manager was very responsive and helpful. We got an estimate of the costs and after a few more meetings we signed the contract.
The team at Graphically Speaking got started within the week. Due to unexpected situations we needed to put the project on hold at various times. Our project manager ended up being Dale.
Dale is a very patient and thorough person and is a large part of the great success that we have, I highly recommend him. With us putting the project on hold at least twice, they were extremely accommodating and very responsive.
Our site is very large with over 100 pages and doing a project of this scope there will always be some problems and issues. What counts the most is how are the customers concerns resolved. With Dale, all questions and concerns were dealt with immediately to our satisfaction
Dale was always very calming and reassuring. This goes a long way helping us to get back on track and put us at ease that our project is a top priority.
I highly recommend Graphically Speaking for all website related services and want to thank them for all the hard work. Also, a special mention to Mike he is one of their top SEO engineers. The results have been so great our leads by website and phone are up over 80% from previous years.
