After much discussion on what to do next including having the car towed, I suggested she go to the Chevy dealer in Vegreville to have it checked out. Short story shorter, the dealership took in the car, diagnosed a bent rear control arm, effected a repair, road tested the vehicle, and sent my wife on her way....all within two hours. Our appreciation to the staff at Grant Miller Motors. great service!

Michael was a pleasure to deal with and gave us our space to explore the vehicle after pointing out some helpful features. We then worked with Dan on the sale contract, and we were pleasantly surprised that there were no extra fees that took the truck out of price range. The negotiation was also happening right around their close time, and we were never rushed or made to feel like we were keeping them. We came back the following Monday to get our vehicle, and it was in pristine condition. Thank you very much to the excellent detailer who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Michael looked after us....from the time that I called the dealership to inquire about a new suv for our family....,Michael had other clients that were on the ride my wife wanted. Michael was so amazing he allowed the other client the opportunity to buy this unit..... inventory is tight.... I guess the Suburban was meant for us.... he called me back and said your family can have it !!!! I have been in the automotive business 20 years !!!! Michael and Elyse were absolutely amazing.... If anyone can appreciate great service...... the bar has been broken..... the drive was 65 minutes... however it felt like 20 minutes.....
