I purchased a pickup last month from Richard and James and I have never had such a pleasant experience at a dealership before. I had a good idea of what I wanted, but had a few questions that James was able to quickly answer and point me in the right direction. James made the trip out to my home to evaluate my trade in after the dealership had closed and made it seem like I was dealing with a person who cared and not just a another salesman. There was no pressure whatsoever but he also took the time to follow up with me and made sure I was happy. Other dealerships could learn something from Spelmer about customer service!

5th new car buying experience. The winter tire package is Mopar rims and highly rated Goodyear
Tires. Communication to and from the dealer is excellent. All staff I had contact with are friendly courteous and concerned that things run smoothly.
They had the car I was looking for and offered a very reasonable price for our vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend buying here and I will check here before our next purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to get my breaks done on the accessible van and it was an all day job. They put 2 mechanics so did have to worry of getting a ride home or waiting all day. This can of service made my decision easy to where I would buy my new van!

Our Jeep had to go in for a warranty issue, of which the part required was on back order, and I must say Denis did an awsome job of finding and replacing it less than 24hours. Now I call the great turn around time. Thank you again to all the staff at Spelmer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, great people to deal with.
