★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST Builders in Collingwood, Generous size Lots and finishes: Love the fact that all Homes have Brick or wood siding and no Vinyl siding, also no Townhomes, semis and condos.
We are so incredibly fortunate to have Amazing Neighbours that in my books is so priceless, most people here are friendly, take pride in ownership and are community driven and I think the builder has done a good job of attracting these type of people.
Our Private Community Facebook Group has been a Great resource to connect everyone together and help each other. We’ve noticed that most people that move in here stay here, some will sell, but most end up buying another home in the same neighbourhood.

Not impressed, back yard beautiful but are you ever going to do anything with that path??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice and upfront builder to deal with, Melinda at the office is very helpful and honest about the process. Very impressed compared to the other builders in the area. The only negative.. So far is there Water heater "deal" they do with reliance where they force you into a 7 year contract with them... With a ludicrous buy out. Keep that in mind when your looking for a new home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I purchased the Somereset II in April 2016 and we moved in on time May 30, 2017. The house is fantastic and everything we expected (except for the elevation) But we do want a dry basement. There were many issues from doors not shutting to trim not correct mainly small things. However every one of these issues has been addressed and fixed within an acceptable time frame. Heather at the warranty office has been especially helpful. Not to mention Bill - this guy comes in and can fix anything in a professional and friendly manor. We just love the neighborhood as well - the people who we have met are just wonderful. I give Grandview 5 stars for outstanding quality and value.
