★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul not only returned my call (a rarity in busy trades these days) but he also came to provide a quote when he said he was going to come, he did the work exactly as promised, and he did it on time.
He was clear in his quote but had to give me a range due to some uncertainty in scope until he opened things up. I cynically thought this might be licence for him to hit the high side when it came to bill me. I was happy when he told me it wasn’t as big an issue as he had feared (prepared me for) and he was able to keep it at the lower end of the range. I thought this spoke well of his integrity because really, I would not have known otherwise.
Paul has since done the hookup for my mates hot tub and another mates sauna. Both were happy with his workmanship, work ethic, and integrity. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Paul to install a large wagon wheel chandelier and ceiling fan and are so pleased with the results! Paul was efficient with his time and extremely professional. Last minute we asked him to install dimmer switches and he even purchased us a sway hook when we realized we didn’t have one the day of our appointment. 10/10 would recommend for any electrical services!

I needed some quick action on an unexpected job - he scheduled me in as soon as he was able, and was very reasonable, honest and reliable. Paul arrived on time on the promised date, did quality work, and cleaned up. He even took the time to replace my thermostat which was not part of the original quote!
Paul's rates are very reasonable. In fact, the final bill was exactly as quoted...no surpises! I would be happy to recommend Mountain Electric to anyone needing the services of an electrican.
