It does tend to be very busy, as it is the in the middle of a subdivision, and there are no bathrooms.
There is however a bunch of different play equipment in excellent shape, and a covered picnic area.
Having a bathroom would make this a 5 star park as my kid and need the bathroom ALOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slides, climbing walls, hills and grass, small paved path, flat rocks and covered area with picnic tables for sitting, small parking lot for cars. Different play structures. Nice park!!
