You guys tried delivering a parcel to my home, never heard the doorbell ring, left a door hanger saying sorry we missed you. That's all fine. What wasn't fine is the redelivery instead of just letting me pick up the order. No number to reach the warehouse...I just have to be home between the hours of 8-4.... Smh. People work. Your customer service was beyond unhelpful. It should be as simple as giving the option to people (Your clients btw) to pick up parcels if they cannot give an exact time to when they would be home. I want to give you guys my business but this is subpar service. Better off going to your competitors... At least have a contact number for your warehouse. A very frustrated client UPDATE: At grand and toy warehouse as we speak, order is not back BUT employee offered to hand pick order right then and there - that's customer service. Although I had to drive all the way across the city, taking time off work further costing me money, wasting fuel and an utter inconvenience in general... I have my items. What's all the fuss about? Three packs of paper towel and a pack of toilet paper. Not much but crucial to a happy work environment. FEEDBACK: Call clients when delivering, or compromise - don't tell them they have to be home within a certain period of time which was 8 hours. Pick up for an order this simply should of been very easily resolved. My first time ordering, hopefully not my last. You may laugh at the small order by as a new business owner and personal consumer don't overlook the OVERALL LIFETIME VALUE OF A CUSTOMER. $40 a month over the next forty years...do the math. I gave an extra star due to one certain employee at your warehouse who fixed the issue in five minutes.

A driver of this company tried to run me and my wife off the road with our daughter in the car. He said we cut in front of him, which we believed we left enough space. Regardless this is unacceptable. Older white guy on 16th ave going to 52nd. I dont care what you think we did! You endanger my child? You will never get our business and we will run your name through the mud. Clearly this is normal practice judging from previous reviews. Id appreciate a response from an owner about this or I will happily file with the BBB and review your poorly on every corner of the internet. I run 30 buildings in this city and trust me, there will NEVER be any orders from you guys as long as you run your business like this.

Their knowledge of chairs and other office furniture is good but they seem unable to translate this into practise. Never buy products that are not in stock in the warehouse. Their in stock office chairs are good but I cannot comment on their outsourced products. I ordered a sit stand desk at the end of December. It is now April 02 and I am still waiting for it to be installed. Components were not ordered at the same time and took almost 11 weeks to arrive. The "confirmed" install times are just guidelines. I have waited months, and have lost several billable hours waiting for something from G&T that could be purchased from IKEA and installed immediately. Stick to buying office supplies from this company (maybe) especially if you are a small employer.

We have been ordering regularly from Grand & Toy for the past 7 months and it has been such a great experience in comparison to other suppliers. We switched after previous companies were constantly out of stock and didn't offer the up to date office supplies we often require. We have never had that issue with Grand & Toy. The service and selection is absolutely amazing from the beginning of the order until the moment its dropped off in our office. We realized during our order this month that one of our frequently ordered products was discontinued for the first time. I called in and spoke with Mark and it was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. He listened and offered solutions as well as offering discounted prices for our frequently ordered items for the next 3-6 months. Thanks Mark! you definitely made us customers for the long haul.

Disappointing experience. Ordered an Epson printer in November and told it would be delivered in a month. This was key as I'm a small business and let them know it was needed for a project. It's early February and now after many enquiries (some ignored) I'm informed it's not available. I was able to source elsewhere but this had delayed my work. They could have contacted Epson sooner after one of my follow ups and let me know. It's obvious they don't care about small accounts or customer service.

Good luck trying to get a hold of customer service, it's in South America, and they just relay the lies they are told by the inept folks in the warehouse. Faster to take a furniture building course and build it yourself.

Very friendly staff. Delivery by appointment only. Very well organized operations. Quick in and out for deliveries. Separate entry for semi trucks on Aero drive. Big parking yard with easy dock parking. Overall wonderful experience. Keep up good work guys. ????

They are unable to solve easy situations like add information for the people that deliver orders so they properly deliver purchase items for their customers or have the intention to actual help. Called to add my unit number for an item that will be delivered tomorrow, paying 21 dls for an 10 dls item but they are not capable to follow up, the lady's solution canceled my order and do it again, what a joke. By the way credit department takes 2 days for checking a credit card so you'll take 3 days for buying 1 scissors.
