★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the Ontario stay at home' order in place, ordering over the phone or online can feel life such a feat and Oh my stars was it ever easy and pleasant with these guys. From ordering to the delivery was such a breeze and the lady on the phone and the gentleman that delivered my order were so nice and helpful!!! I would absolutely recommend all my friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible and in desperate need of new management! The 2 times we went here we were treated poorly but our second time we were treated like actual garbage. Went yesterday and mentioned one of the permacon items we were interested in and was told, quite rudely by the manager, to go to home depot. I tried to ask if they had anything with a similar look, he interrupted me 2 more times telling us to go to home depot and did not want to hear anything we had to say. Once we told one of the counter girls we weren't set on that particular style another girl told her to take us out to the "boneyard", which is where they send homeowners with small projects. I said ours was not a small project but was ignored. Then they argued about who would take us out, completely unprofessional! When the first girl took us out and asked the size of our project (2664 linear feet with a height of 18-22") she was surprised by the size and the fact that we had drawings of the gardens we are doing. All of a sudden she was more willing to help us, gave us her email and said she would do up some quotes for us. Sorry but you guys lost this sale and the future sale of our front gardens which are double the size. If I could give a negative rating I would.

My husband & I have gone to the storefront once a month since June as we needed more info for our patio project. We visited other stores, but it was clear we would be buying from Grand River Natural Stone with how poor customer service was elsewhere. Every time we went in, the staff (always someone different) gave us great info, resources, and were extremely patient. We received our product on the day it was promised and in the exact location we asked. I would highly recommend purchasing from here! All around great experience.

Delivery was professional and the skid was well packed to ensure no broken blocks. Now the plants are in and it looks amazing. Thank you GRNS for all the help in achieving our small garden project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped stone on the wrong side of the property 2 days earlier then scheduled when no one was on site, on un-level ground facing a busy residential street, over a dozen stone let go when strapping was cut. Accident waiting to happen, also causing backhoe operator to show up early to move stone due to safety concerns.(There were 3 flat parking spots in the laneway behind the property, a dump truck needing a 15ft clearance was able to use that same week for delivering A gravel)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've made several purchases at Grand River Natural Stone. The outside staff are great but the vibe from the inside is weird. I placed an $800 order in October and they were not knowledgeable about the product and the service level made me feel like they could care less if ordered or not. I recently tried to place another $900 order and they never called me back so I put the order through Creative Landscaping Depot in St. Jacobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience, great price. Ordered 3 yards of 3/8" pea stone in bulk bags and it was excellent quality, very clean. Bulk bags were in good condition and driver dropped them exactly where needed. Will definitely buy from again for the next project.
