★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cool little complex, but watched the instructor teaching 5 and 6 year olds how to skate on inside and outside edges. Teaching them to stickle handle with 1 hand. Way over the kids heads. None of them could do the drills. These kids are just entering hockey, keep it simple and make it fun. This place has potential, just needs appropriate drills of the ages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great U9 hockey camp! The instructors were awesome at engaging with the kids on the ice and encouraging them to try new techniques by explaining why it will help them playing hockey. We will be back for sure. The ice surfaces are on the small size, but large enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard about this place from customers in my restaurant. I looked it up that night and registered my 3 and a half year old in their learn to skate program. He just started his second session. We find their pricing to be more than fair. The owners and staff are all very friendly and approachable. "Coach Ang" is great with the kids! You can see them having fun on the ice and she keeps them interested. I look forward to taking Charlie every week and seeing him improve and building his confidence with the success he is having. I highly recommend Granatier Sportsplex.
