★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great Top Surgery results from Dr.McLean and Dr.Armstrong last year. The only thing I wish they did was give people instructions on how to navigate to the clinic from the outside of the building since I had to wander around a bit and also ask a security guard along the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr McLean is a stellar surgeon! I had a breast reduction done by him + his amazing team and I am incredibly satisfied. He is professional and honest and he actively listens to your concerns/needs. He has a calm and caring bedside manner. I would highly recommend him to a friend/anyone looking for these services!!! His nurses are wonderful - RN Lorilei and recovery nurse Jeanette (sorry if misspelt) were so helpful. Janis (patient services manager) and Elizabeth are very pleasant and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone is just so nice there ! I am still healing but already so happy about the result of the surgery I had with Dr Armstrong who is an amazing surgeon and is really sweet and make you feel comfortable right away.
But I couldn't write a review without mentioning Elizabeth, she is really the best and the nicest when she answers all your questions and concerns. So again a big thank you to her and Dr Armstrong, you are the best !!! I am the happiest I've ever been thanks to you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a few months post op from top surgery. From begining to end , everyone was amazing. Dr. Armstrong did a wonderful job . I must also say Liz D is probably the most caring, kind and go beyond person throughout the whole process. Truly a hero and blessing for me to have had such an amazing human who really supported me with such kindness . She has her career but she is so much more. Without Liz , I could have waited another 6 years and at 67, that wasn't a good prospect for me. She will always have a special place in my heart and I could never repay her for doing all she could for my happiness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had top surgery at this clinic 6 months ago and I couldn't have had a better experience. The wait list was much shorter than I anticipated and Elizabeth (who took care of booking all my appointments and addressing my questions) is wonderful. She is very kind, compassionate, and made sure that I felt comfortable and ready throughout the entire process. I had my top surgery with Dr. Armstrong who gave me amazing top surgery results. I am very satisfied with how my scars look, and how easily they faded. More importantly, Dr. Armstrong listened to all my concerns prior to surgery. She even looked over pictures of top surgery results that I like in order give me the results that I wanted. She was able to make me feel very calm and at ease on my surgery day. All the staff that I have met at the clinic have been incredibly helpful and kind individuals. I truly appreciate all their hard work and Elizabeth has been especially helpful and a good friend for support during my top surgery recovery.

What a helpful and informative experience it was.
They kindly addressed my issues and listened to me with care.
A treatment plan was developed.
Liz stayed over her scheduled time to give treatment. Wow!
I called Linda with another question and she returned my call promptly.
These two are professionals with a caring attitude.
I’m glad to have met this professional, knowledgeable and caring team!
The receptionists were very kind and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my first point of contact with Lisa, I was truly impressed. At this time I was shopping around for the best service. I strongly believe that the initial point of contact is important. She gave me a confident feeling in GraceMed to have my procedure done. Throughout all of our communications she was very supportive and I felt no pressure. Once I met Dr. Armstrong I knew I had made the right decision. She was very experienced, compassionate and listened to my concerns. The day of my surgery, the nurse I dealt with was very information driven and she was extremely knowledgeable. The Anesthesiologist was also great to deal with. Prior to my surgery, Lisa dropped in to say good luck to me, very thoughtful. Overall, I have to say that in totality my experience was amazing. Indira

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. McLean and his team are my heroes! From the first contact with the clinic to my final follow up post op appointment, it was such a positive experience. Elizabeth is amazing and always answered any questions or concerns I had, and put any worries at ease. My recovery has been amazing, no complications, and I truly feel that is a result of such a skilled surgeon and team. I am more than happy with the results even though I am only 5 weeks post op. The McLean Clinic almost made this major surgery feel easy! Just amazing. Thank you Dr. McLean and team!
