★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is very sketchy. They will claim you are not covered by OHIP and make you pay out of your pocket to see the doctor, when u have ALL the proper documentation saying you ar. Not only that but they will treat you like garbage and are completely rude and unprofessional. BEWARE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was moderately fast it was a slow day but the doctor got to my girlfriend and i did an amazing job. And it feels amazing to be able to hear properly again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't really say it was the clinic that was so terrible, as I didn't even get a chance to see a doctor. I arrived at 7:00pm - the clinic was supposed to be open until 8:00pm. As soon as I walked in the door the man working told me that there was no doctor in. I asked if he knew of another clinic in Guelph and he curtly said no. I asked why the website says the clinic is open until 8:00, and he didn't answer. He was more concerned with turning off the lights and locking the door. He was just very short and rude to me, and I will not ever be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have attended this clinic a few times now, and the wait time is reasonable and the doctor has always been friendly, thorough and explains things so I was able to understand. :) Always a good experience so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is never there when they say he'll be, leaves early without any form of notice. Don't trust the hours posted on their facebook page or their voice mail when you call. When the doctor is in the prescriptions you'll get will be for overpriced antibiotics when off brand will work just as well for less than half the price. If you're in the area, you'll be far better cared for at the new clinic on the corner of Arkell and Victoria.

Waiting time is acceptable. Nurses are friendly.
My whole family really enjoy the experience with the clinic.
