★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incident report: Delivery driver with licence plate L29253 GFS truck was dropping off a delivery around 6:30- 6:45 at the Calgary Starbucks on 16th Ave NW on July 12. First time he comes in he pretty much shouts at me to move while I'm trying to place an order. Second time I'm waiting for my drink he says excuse me, I move and then he decides to insult me for not moving right away. I doubt GFS will take any action, but this is another reason why I choose Sysco over GFS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check your invoices guys!! This company is stealing from us and think that we won’t notice! They slide in $50 charges for no reason and to get our money back is like talking to a 2 year old. Even their managers are out to lunch! No clue where their heads are.

1 am, midnight, 6 am bad for environment, horrible if you’re trying to sleep. You don’t respect city laws of noise in residential area. There are people trying to sleep downtown. Poor service management.
