Found a great place 1 bedroom for rent in New West but almost didn't sign the lease agreement after reading all the negative reviews on here. Honestly I was expecting the worst but turns out my fears were completely unjustified. There were a few minor damages/sneaky dirt upon move in left by the old tenants - they responded right away, came over within days and even compensated my girlfriend for her time spent cleaning! My dryer stopped working after 6 months - they responded to my voicemail within 5 minutes & a (also very nice and professional) repair person came on time (!) Just 2 days later at my convenience and resolved the issue. I now feel at ease and trust this company to take good care of us. I can't speak for anyone else (I believe this is a new management team) and this is just my own experience. Thanks Donna & the rest of the crew!! June 2021

I have had such an outstanding, pleasant experience with this realty corporation. For the past three years, I have been renting a beautiful house managed by Goodrich Realty. My point of contact has been Donna and I have to say, my experience has been really terrific. The service provided by Goodrich has been top notch. Donna and her team have gone above and beyond for all my family's needs. Each time I have contacted them, they promptly returned my calls or troubleshot over the phone to solve any problem. Our family had several requests that Donna answered and fulfilled quickly and professionally. Although infrequent, if there were any requirements to check on the property, we were notified plenty of days in advance. It is also worth mentioning that all those who spent time on the property were pleasant and equally professional. Donna even called several times during our tenancy to ensure everything was going smoothly and to see if we required anything. Donna is efficient, more than reasonable and very pleasant. She and her team succeeded in having made our tenancy absolutely wonderful. I made several enquires about renting again from Goodrich, but in the process bought a property close by. Since day one, I have recommended Donna and her team to several colleagues and would highly recommend her team if you are in search of a place!

We don't live in BC and have a rental property that they have managed and it turned out that they neve visited the unit. They allowed more people to live in the unit without communicating it with us. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else to work with.

When they received information about non emergency repairs, the repairs were completed within a few days and communication was simple and easy. Overall, my experience has been pleasant with this property management.

They were professional and courteous from signing the lease to dealing with issues that arose during the tenancy to ending the tenancy for landlord use of property. Even during the height of the pandemic, they did their best to try and get people out safely (safely for both repair person and tenant alike) to do some repairs that needed to be done. They called to make sure that we understood why the tenancy had to end, what our rights were and any options that were available. I would recommend this company to other people.
