It's a priviledge to write this review about Sean. I've worked with many realtors over the years and he is simply outstanding. Sean knows how to position and show a property to obtain maximum value for its sellers. He readily goes "above and beyond" to make the preparation, listing and showing processes go smoothly. He respects your time, your opinion and your property. Sean has also done an amazing job for me in finding just the right home to buy. I had some very specific requirements, and rather than sending me out to multiple open houses and showings that didn't really meet my criteria, he worked hard to find potential homes that he knew I would like. I knew the condo I bought was "the one" the moment I set foot through the door. Sean knows the Vancouver market and individual buildings very well. He is well connected and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I can't say enough good things!
