I am a lawyer that does a lot of deals with Keller Williams, and every time I interact with one of their realtors on a file I am always impressed.

Wendy Mills was unorganized, unresponsive, continually late and once she got her commission ghosted us on unresolved issues that she had a contractual agreement about. Do not use!!

There are many reasons why I decided to become a partner in and have my real estate license at Keller Williams VanCentral. The agents are outstanding and we pride ourselves on exceptional service, top education and integrity when helping people sell and buy homes, condos and townhouses.

I have worked with Andrew Szalontai buying and selling houses. He was accommodating to my lifes schedule. He was professional and hard working and no deadline I put on him was always met. I will continue to use Andrew in and future ventures as well as recommend his services to anyone needing a realtor. He is an excellent representative of Keller Williams Realty.

The people that work here are actually really nice. It was important to me when selecting a brokerage to work under that the demographics within the office staff and the core realtor associate group were wide and varied but also legitimately decent people. Even with 17 years experience as a licensed realtor in some offices I would be considered a junior, while in other offices I could be the most senior associate. KWVC has a good balance of senior, junior and intermediate agents, so nobody at any level is the odd one out, plus front and back end support staff that are not too busy to help out when needed.

Have been receiving unsolicited text messages from this realty to join their app multiple times. Not appreciated at all. Would not recommend them based on their marketing strategy and annoyance.

We would like to thank you for the wonderful assistance you provided selling our home. It took only about two weeks for him to sell our home, could imagine it to be sold quicker if we listened to his strategy on the selling price. He is always patient to answer any questions you may have and to help you understand the process of selling your home. In terms of purchasing a home, Andrew consistently went to every appointment with us so he can gives us suggestions. Regardless how far the destinations were.(Abby, Maple Ridge, etc..) Each time he did the comparisons as well as comprehensive evaluations of individual market value, therefore we can have a precise price point that we don’t lose our bidding. Throughout the process he always asks how we are doing, settling in after moving, etc.. sometimes is more of relational than just a transaction. Ultimately he helped us with purchasing an unique townhouse we are so happy with now. Thank you Andrew again. Will recommend anyone who needs a realtor that is knowledgeable.
