R	Ryan Daum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cavalier attitude from staff (and other customers) about mask use, despite the new Hamilton mask bylaw. Some cashiers with no mask. Other staff walking around with their masks pulled down, engaging with customers and other staff. Will not be returning.
A	Ashley O'Grady on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop here all the time, it's a great store! The staff are very friendly, the produce is fresh and they have a lot of healthy food and beauty products. They don't have a good variety of meats though.

Doesn't have alot of food selection but they take great care in offering great quality organic food including local dairy. They have dollar fair trade organic coffee which is truly excellent, I often grab a cup and a muffin if I'm near by. They have classes related to cooking and healthy living. Technically a chain but they serve as part of the community.
M	Melanie Palmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tons of organic, gluten free, raw and vegan stuff. The only problem I ever have here is they tend to run out of stock frequently. Other than that staff are crazy sweet, shop is lovely to linger in and food bar is awesome (and special diet friendly)

Did not notice the lack of mask enforcement mentioned in other posts but usually am not in store for long & it’s always been pretty quiet when I’ve been in. Did see a woman coming in wearing only a shield…but…how do I know whether or not she has an exemption? sigh

I can't get grass fed beef, even Loblaws/Metro sells grass fed beef, can't find any unhomogenzied milk options and your yogurt and sour cream options have also shrunk. I am a shopper specifically looking for nourishing food, you are this area's prime healthy grocer. Do better, I'm running out of reasons to shop here.

I called a few days later and placed a simple bulk order of that item. When I went to pick it up, no one could find it and, there was supposed to be 12, not 9 boxes. No one knows where they went. Maybe sold? Staff don't seem to know anything when questions are asked. Am very disappointed.
