He was very friendly and professional. He had my furnace repaired within the hour! I would recommend him to anybody.. he’s very knowledgeable and efficient :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frank Labonte installed a new Furnance and hooked up my AC...now I'm having issued with my Furnance. It turns off after a few hours and I have to keep going downstairs to reset the furnace. He came over and refused to fix it. So I emailed him and expressed my disappointment in his loyalty to his customers. It seems that as soon as he got his money for the Furnance he just drops you!!. He called me and started yelling at me and hung up the phone. He then emailed me saying he wouldn't fix it and suggested to call someone else.
I was really disappointed and very hurt by his reactions to me and treated me like it didn't matter. I have grand children and animals in this house and it was during the cold snap of Christmas 2021. I feel he left me out in the cold sort of speak. It went down to -24 that night so it was cold. It's been cold since Dec 22/21 It also was a good thing I was home because who knows what kind of damage it could of caused.
I do not and will not EVER recommend his services to anyone!! he doesn't back up his work or his word and treated people with disrespect. All he cares about is his money he gets!!! he doesn't care about the person or the family in the home. Never ever will I trust
I was very upset that he wouldn't back up his work and just fix it. I offered to pay him $100.00 and he wouldn't fix it.
