Contacted them on the third morning to tell him not to bother coming at all, he promised that his son would be there by 11:00 that morning no show again. No explanation for not coming or phone calls to say why. They booked the times.

I hired their services to provide the yearly maintenance to my furnace. The service provided was not only below industry standards but excessively expensive for the service provide. This "company" is a one person operation, no website, no customer support, no warranty offered in parts or labor, does not belongs to the business bureau.

The other place was going to charge me $240 unless I could wait until Monday. Reg from Kelowna Heating called me back and said he could be at my house in 15 minutes and only charged $140. Reg had my furnace going in no time and was a gentleman. I would recommend Kelowna Heating to anyone.

My hot water tank stopped working last Sunday, I called Kelowna heating Monday and within 1-1.5 hour, they returned my call , came and fixed my water tank. Will continue to use this company.

I been dealing with him for the past 5 years and I am the most satisfied customer. I recommend him and his company without any hesitation. Thank you Reg for all your great work.

From the initial call to the answering service, his call back time was exceptional. The estimated time and the actual time of arrival was either right on or early. He found the problem and repaired it in a timely matter. He is friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. Offers warranty on the parts and the labour. I will have no problem recommending him to anyone needing service. Well done Reg, you are number one in my book.
T	Todd Merenick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reg was hired to replace the switch in both of my fireplaces. The switch was probably $10 dollars but I was charged $30 each for both switches. I expected a bill around $200 but was charged an enormous $351 for this man to replace two switches. Not only that, he left a stain on the carpet which I can not remove and although he said he would come and clean it, he did not show.
