About GoodLife Fitness Winnipeg Grant Park Shopping Centre
GoodLife Fitness was founded on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabek (Ah-nish-in-a-bek), Haudenosaunee (Ho-den-no-show-nee), LΕ«naapΓ©ewak (Len-ahpay- wuk) and Attawandaron (Add-a-won-da-run) Peoples, on lands connected with the London Township and Sombra Treaties of 1796 and the Dish with One Spoon Covenant Wampum. This land, and the land on which all GoodLife Fitness Clubs operate, continues to be home to diverse Indigenous Peoples (First Nations, Inuit and MΓ©tis) whom we recognize as contemporary stewards of the land and vital contributors of our society.

β β β β β Everything is good just if any equipment breaks or need any repairs they just put tag on them of maintenance and then you forget that machine for at least 3 months. Other than that staff is really good

β β β β β Really great space to work out, tons of cardio and strength training equipment plus nice studio spaces. Change rooms and showers are also kept really clean. Friendly, competent staff. I've been a member at other gyms in the past, but this one is definitely my favourite!

β β β β β A gym that really lifts you up! Front staff remember my name and help motivate me for the day, they seem to remember everyone! I routinely see staff cleaning equipment and they continue to motivate us as they clean!

β β β β β Solid goodlife location. Always lots of room on the equipment. Could definitely use more adjustable benches and a larger free weight section as that area is full and has a wait 90% of the time. Maybe add some along the wall by the handicap washroom with more mirrors.

β β β β β Joined a month ago and Iβm loving it. My only complain would be the weekend hours (F -S). It would be nice if the gym actually opened 24/7. Probably the only big gym in the city that closes 8PM on weekends.?

β β β β β Great location and very spacious. Unfortunately from treadmills to leg press to even water fountains to a paper towel dispenser to help clean machines and a quarter of the equipment is out of service for repair. They do have a lot of cardio equipment taped off for distancing, however the stuff thatβs left is all waiting for service. Would be nice to be on top of the maintenance. But, good gym.
