Pricing is fair, staff are friendly. No fuss about towels - if you ask, you get one. It's so nice that they don't bother with the charge like some other GoodLife locations. Hot Yin Yoga with Amber is my favourite thing about this gym. She is a talented instructor, and an exceedingly kind woman. She makes every class accessible. The women's only area is a decent size, and it's nice that it's so close to the women's change room. Large gym with lots of space for everyone, and versatile classes that challenge you. BFF Thursdays are a great thing offered by this gym, where you can bring a friend with you every Thursday for no charge. My only complaints for the whole establishment are that the paper towel dispensers in the women's area often run out, as I don't think staff check that area as often. I also dislike that there is a charge on top of the membership fee for hot yoga, and that they were not very forthcoming about that when I was signing up for my membership. I even mentioned that hot yoga was the deciding factor for my signing up, and the staff person failed to mention any additional fees for those classes.

Pros: -Great and spacious work out environment(more spacious than the new Motion in Brighton). -Has gyms nationwide -A lot more power racks compare to other gyms like Motion! -New equipments come in once a while. -Has kids area Cons: -Price could be quite more expensive than other gyms in Saskatoon, and they don't have good family plan.

While I miss the group classes a lot during the pandemic, the staff is handling the COVID-19 measures very well. While in the past some members insisted in wearing their masks incorrectly (not covering their noses), I noticed that in a matter of two weeks that got fixed. It's been some time since I saw someone not following the rules. The gym is also enforcing social distancing by blocking access to some machines. Thanks for keeping us safe while still being open.

Two weeks ago, this gym closes abruptly during the day without contacting members or putting something up on the website to inform people - instead, just puts a sign on the door to waste anyone's time who commuted to the gym that day. Then, cuts hours on weekends, then cuts weekend hours AGAIN. Now the gym closes at 7:15pm on weekends, which is WAY too early. Sign up at a gym who cares about its members like motion fitness or any 24 hour gym. This place is horribly managed and does not care about you. I wish I never signed up here edit: I see the owner has responded but that is deflecting regarding "health and safety regulations" when other gyms are open more than this place is if not 24hours and even the rock climbing gym downtown is open 3 hours (!!!) later than this gym is on weekends, which is sad really. There is no excuse for closing at 7pm

I love working out here and the team that works in the morning on weekends is amazing. Sarah is super friendly and nice. Austin is always cleaning everything very thoroughly. Great staff and well-maintained gym.

It's spacious and well maintained, has lots of equipments, and it's open 24hous. Very friendly and helpful people at the front. And I love the Les Mills classes, specially the body attack. I wish they had bodyjam and a swimming pool ?. But you cannot have it all?. I will definitely recommend GoodLife Fitness to anyone. Also I didn't pay any joining fee and no contract. So it works very well for me.

Brodie is an amazing personal trainer and would recommend him to anyone. He's patient and works with you as you move closer to your goals. Makes sure your posture is good and slowly adds weights and reps to your plan. I can't wait to work with him some more in the future.

New to the gym and the treadmills don't seem to let you enter your weight? That's pretty important for my progress but facility seems nice otherwise. Edit from 3 stars to 1: Went to first treadmill and it was out of order with a red tag. Went to a second treadmill and the treadmill just says "16 errors" and won't even start workout. And the third treadmill I started working out on wouldn't incline and gave me even more errors. And a couple treadmills down from that one also has a red tag on it. This place really needs to step up equipment maintenence.
