There's very little gym etiquette. People don't really put the weights away after they are done using them. They just leave it on the floor especially if you're in the bench area. It's best to avoid going there from 6-8pm from Mon-Fri. It's just packed and unless you're doing cardio you probably won't get a squat rack, benches or cables. Other than that the people working there are really friendly and nice.

excellent place, the staff is friendly and available to help, the facilities are quite large and clean. I personally fell in love with my personal trainer Zenaida, a wonderful woman with a huge heart and she gives you the necessary tools to advance in the physical area in the gym and also emotionally encouraged. I love it because she has experience training in the water and that has helped me a lot.

Can’t express my gratitude to my personal trainer Zenaida who is helping me along my health journey. The staff and facility are great and welcoming from the reception area to the cleaning staff. Happy with my membership and services.

I have been working out for 8 years now and have not seen much growth in the last couple years. I was offered 1 free workout session and the staff has recommended me to workout with Adele with my fitness goals in mind. In that one session I was challenged and pushed to the limits. Here I am now, four months later. I have been consistently been training three times a week with Adele feeling the strongest and healthiest Ive been. She continues to help me break barriers and pushes me to grow physically and mentally. Looking forward to where I'll be as I continue my training sessions with Adele! Thank you for everything!

I had an amazing experience with my personal trainer Katrina, she taught me how to use the machines, do strength workouts and most importantly the proper form of these exercises. She was encouraging and motivating, I always looked forward to our sessions twice a week. Katrina is very knowledgeable about the machines, the workouts and what muscles/body parts they are supposed to tackle which was extremely helpful as I often had a ton of questions. I would highly recommend if anyone does the personal training at GoodLife to request Katrina as your trainer and mentor, she is AMAZING!

One of the best gyms I've ever been to. The staff has great energy and are helpful with anything you need. I was fortunate to have Siddhi as my personal trainer. She is soo informative, friendly and one of the top notch P.Ts! Never a dull moment with her, she makes you look forward for the next session and knows how to ease you through ever step of the way during training. Professionalism at its best and 5 stars don't do her just. Thank you Sid, you the best??

i recently started going to this gym with my partner and started out as any normal gym, we were paired up with personal trainer Matt and were so blown away with the kindness and experience we had with him. throughout one session with Matt we instantly connected! he was so respectful, as weight could be a sensitive topic at times and never overstepped. he showed us tools and tips that we can carry with us throughout our whole fitness journey! while also relating and showing interest with our personal interests and lives. he truly brightened up our day with just one pt starter session! he honestly encouraged us both to start our fitness journey and to know that we will get where we wanna be ?? such a great guy! so lucky to have been paired with him for this session!! thanks so much Matt! ??

I've been going to Goodlife for a few years now and made it my second home. Lots of friendly workers, a great environment and tons of equipment. The gym has everything you need and more. Back in the fall, I signed up personal training for the first time. My personal trainer - Kyle - has taken my workouts, diet, sleep and wellness to the next level. He's done an amazing job, I see working out differently now. Working out is a necessity for living your best life. An aspect that no one should overlook, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or any other factors. To live your best life, you have to take care of your health.
