Dr.Cridland was very professional, knowledgeable regarding sleep related health concerns, very informative and explained everything very well. He also gave a great advice and took the time to answer all questions with direct answers. From the moment he speaks to you, you realize you are in the presence of extremely smart doctor who knows what he is talking about and that you will be taken care off very well. I did not feel my appointment was rushed. Dr. Cridland gave great advice, answer all questions with direct answers. He also discussed all of the sleep aid options available rather than prescribing medication.

The receptionists are very friendly, they always call one day ahead of the appointment for appointment to remind you. The overnight study respiratory technicians were polite and very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The study itself was great, the tech was lovely, but Dr. Cridland was pretty frustrating to have an appointment with, as he seemed more interested in hearing himself talk than actually listening to me and my medical history. As soon as he heard my diagnosis, he dismissed all my other health care provider's knowledge and refused to listen to me about a condition that I've had for 21 years. Will never go back.
