Best service and best pricing in Calgary. These people are honest and deserve to be given business. I am only dealing with them moving forward. Strongly recommended for tires and oil changes.

Good Deal Tire is one of the best tire shop in Calgary if not the best. The level of service provided here is outstanding. They have a huge selection of tires and I find their prices to be the the best in the city. Maurine and the whole crew are friendly and knowledgeable. 5 stars are just not enough for this review, I wish I could give more. I’m truly happy with my new winter tires. I always recommend this place to friends & family. Thank you Maurine for your exceptional service…always!

Under no circumstances should anyone get work done here. Brought four tires to these guys for change over and they punched 4 holes 1 in each tire in the sidewalls trying to con my wife and I into buying new tires from their store. And the dinged up her rims with prybar marks. Called the cops on them but they wouldn't do anything. Stay away!!

I was very happy with my experience at Good Deal Tire. They offer an excellent selection of the lesser known brands, which are usually an excellent tire for much less (went with RoadCruza tires this time, so far, handle well and are quiet). I saw the reviews of people having issues with their service, what I saw was them taking time to make sure mistakes made in the past were not repeated. Service was prompt, staff was friendly, car lifted correctly on the jack points, tires bagged, tire I wanted to keep was marked prior. I have no complaints and would easily recommend them to anyone and would easily return myself.

Maria & the team were good to deal with. No problem with the same day service, had them do a replacement of tire valve stem on my SUV which they responded in a very timely manner. Knowledgeable, friendly techs, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

I didn’t head the warnings I saw in the negative reviews to this location. Firstly, they sat us in a tire-filled back room that REAKED of rubber and oil. They agreed to hold my low-profile, high performance summer tires for me until I could return with my truck. I had bought a set of winters (can’t complain about the pricing there). I estimated that I would be back in one week. 6 days later I called to pick up my tires and they were gone. I assume they sold them (as others have reported). The tires were over $2,000 new and had great tread still.

I took my car there to have the winter tires rebalanced, as there was a vibration in the drivetrain. After they did the balancing, the vibration was mostly gone, but there was an odd sound now when I pushed the brake pedal, that I could only hear when the window was open. It was like a whirring noise (I do have drilled and slotted rotors, so I assumed that maybe I just hadn't noticed it before, which is ridiculous in hindsight, given how loud it was when the window was open even a crack). I brought it back a week later because the vibration was back. While I was in there, I asked if I could inspect the rotors while they had the wheels off. He brought me to the back and slowed me my car on the lift. Immediately I noticed that the arm on the lift was squashing the side skirt on my car! I pointed it out and the tech seemed less than concerned. "I didn't put it on the lift" was his response. I looked at the rotors, and saw no issue, so went and told the girl at the front about the damage. She also didn't seem very concerned with it. After he took it off the lift, he showed me there was little permanent damage, as the plastic had gone back to shape, except underneath where it isn't very visible anyhow. Fast forward to last night when I went to put my summer wheels on. I had to use a 2 foot breaker bar just to get the lug nuts off! I tried using a torque wrench to see how tight they were, but my wrench maxes out at 140 foot pounds! The correct spec on my car is 80 foot pounds. And to get to 140, I only had to push on the wrench. To get the lug nuts to come off, I had to put almost all of my weight on the end of the 2 foot bar, and bounce on it! What the hell are they doing in that shop??? So I put my other wheels on, torqued them up correctly, and the sound has gotten much quieter, but not gone away. I've contacted them to see what they're going to do about fixing it, but I'm obviously and understandably quiet unhappy about this.
