They took good care of me by listening and helping me out.
I had golden wire in my ears. It was hard for me to twist and turn.
I just was helped by Indian girls who was working she helped me to take out the wire and put diamond studs for first time in my ears. When I asked them how much it cost they said nothing. Wow what a good service. In future always go in to buy.

โ โ โ โ โ First thing worst customer service, If you are goldsmith that does not mean others are thieves and Second thing big robbers. I bought a chain for $1500 returned after 10 days they took it back for $1100. can you imagine they charged $400 labour.. I asked the same design same weight Moti jewellers toronto they were selling it for 1230$. I would recommend everyone plz dont get robbed.

โ โ โ โ โ My wife took some rings to be cleaned, and one to be re-sized. Waited one week, she stopped in to enquire about them. Was told "we phoned, no answer it was busy". We have an answering machine 24-7. She was charged $144. for the service. Ring was still tight. I went to the store and took the ring, and asked about the size of same. Women stated "size 8" it was to be enlarged to 8 3/4. I then stated "we have a problem as it is the same size, no work was done"! She went to resize. No that ship has sailed. Lady from the back came up after 15 minutes and then wanted to do the work. I said give me a refund or call the cops. Did get the refund, although she wanted to do the job. The other rings were Not cleaned either. Will not return ever! Customers beware!

They have vast variety of well organized quality products. Repair service is excellent and reasonably priced. We highly recommend this place for Indian and South Asian jewelry. Must try.

The service was amazing and the prices were much better than the other jewellers we had surveyed prior. After getting the engagement ring It was a no brainer for us to go back to them for our wedding rings as well. The rings themselves have blown away all expectations, my wife and I constantly get asked in public where we got her rings from. 10/10 amazing people, service, and products.
