D	Doctor A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst place ever. Starting from the parking place, to reception, to security and sanitation. After booking our appointment weeks in advance, and having hard time finding the place, we arrived few minutes late. No welcoming faces, we were address with a hand shake as if we are next in line at a service Ontario. We went to check in, they couldn't even find our reservation, although we had text and email from them. After five minutes, she finally found us and we were told we are late! We had to arrive an hour before or message time. As we were trying to explain that we had a reservation and that we only are ten minutes late because we were trying to find parking and the place, I noticed the security guard slowly approaching us from the side. I've never seen anything like this, it felt like being as some foreign country's embassy about to be expedited. As I asked the security why he keeps coming closer to us, he said we sent you a notification to be here an hour earlier, which unless he works as a receptionist, could not be aware of who we are, or what's the story. Long story short, we will never go to this run down place ever gain, and neither should anyone who wants a clean, welcoming and relaxing experience.
S	Sally on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a place to de-stress and unwind from reality this is it! ??‍♀️✨ Visited on the recent long weekend and spent almost all day here! To make your experience more worthwhile, if you have insurance coverage, I would suggest booking a massage. If you aren’t here for a massage or facial, you can also use their amenities. With the $65 entrance fee, you have access to their many different sauna rooms, the gym, the nap room, and the pools (which are gendered). There are books and board games to keep you entertained as well. Also, it is very clean in there!! ? You can walk around barefoot, or use their socks (the first pair is free), or pay for a pair of their slippers. From the moment we walked in and until we left, all of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay, it didn’t even feel like I was in the city! ? I would definitely visit again in the near future.
E	Emily M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went yesterday for the first time with 2 of my friends and had such a great experience. Everyone there was so pleasant and had such great customer service, I saw an earlier review about a pregnant women rating the customer service as terrible but in all honesty they were probably just concerned for her safety. It is a very busy place and yes water on the floor around the jacuzzi tubs, not the best place for a pregnant woman to be in my opinion. However customer service was beyond amazing in all of the areas. The restaurant was delicious and Tony the manager was beyond helpful making sure we were happy and went above and beyond for us. The massages we had were wonderful, Phoebe was my masseuse and was the best massage I had in a very long time. The common area and themed steam rooms and ice room were a great experience as well. And loved the jacuzzi tubs. Only one complaint I have is that it would be nice to have a co-ed jacuzzi pool if couples were to go to Go Place together and want to enjoy the jacuzzi together as there is currently only a men area and a seperate women area where the Jacuzzis, sauna's and showers are. Overall we had an amazing time and we will definitely be back. 10/10
A	Artur Tymchyshyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places I've been in my entire life! ??? My friend told me about this place and we agreed to stay over night there on the weekend. For the first time in my life I actually felt that I had a weekend! You are completely forgetting about outside world. Chill and relaxing music everywhere, amazing and polite people around you, you are getting nice outfit to wear inside, you are being treated like you are a VIP guest. Tasty food for a reasonable price, you have everything that will help you relax: spa, meditation room, showers and pools, you can order food and drinks using a tablet without thinking about paying right away. Definitely will be coming back at least once a month! Thank you guys for such a great experience! ??

Baths, treatment rooms, and an absolute ton of lounge space to do absolutely nothing... It was so relaxing... I also had one of the best full body deep tissue massages I've ever had while there. I want to go back already!
V	Victoria White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fairly recent addition to the First Markham Place mall. I think a home store used to be here, but this is a great new place! It's quite fancy in terms of it's interior and services. Very spacious, and many different sauna rooms to try. This was my first time going to this style of spa. I went with my boyfriend and his brother and his brother's girlfriend, so I think Go Place would be ideal for a double date! The hot tubs and change rooms are connected but separated by gender. The change rooms are similar to swimming pool change rooms, and the bracelet you receive upon checking in is basically the key to unlock your locker. It's very easy and efficient this way. It was also awesome to see many types of people there. Older, younger, bigger, smaller, the diversity of Toronto was at this spa. It was comforting to me because I'm not thin myself so I was worried about my body image, but turns out it was just in my own head. Everyone is doing their own thing, and so you need not to worry about people looking and when we went, everyone was well behaved, staff were accommodating, and you can even buy food and drinks! I had to get used to how hot the sauna rooms were, but your body will adjust after haha Give this place a try :) Go to this Place! :D

Huge space that took over the former movie theatre and they did an amazing job with the interiors to make it an open space and calming zen spa. Upon entry, you’ll be given a set of pyjamas and a single pair of socks. A bracelet for your personal locker and it will be your charge card for the restaurant. So many options of different temperature saunas, infrared sauna rooms and hot tubs. The restaurant is great and have a lot of options for Asian food. Sushi, noodle bowls but also Fries and chicken wings. Pro tip: bring bathing suit, facial sheet masks for the hot rooms since your pores are going to be open. Don’t worry about flip flops because you won’t be able to wear them.
S	Steven Branco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it! Beautiful space, zen environment, the water therapy area was amazing. One thing I will warn is to be prepared for the added costs. Bring socks if you don’t want to pay $3 for their slippers, the restaurant is overpriced so make sure to eat prior, but they do have water stations throughout. Bring swim shorts or you will have to go into pool naked. Always need to shower before use of pools, they have private or public showers. As for the rooms, they’re first come first serve based on availability. I wouldn’t call some of them “rooms” their like little booths with mats in them, but a great overall experience nonetheless. Can’t wait to come back for massage. Must try: the water therapy pools, the ice room, the volcanic room and the salt room.
