★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first therapeutic massage from Karen last night. She addressed a chronic elbow complaint (5+ years) and some recent sciatica issues I've been having. The treatment was tolerable, given how much pain I was in. A "good hurt" is the best way to describe it.
Karen explained what she was doing the whole time, and when she hit the sorest points gave me breathing instructions to help me through.
Today, the day after my treatment, I feel fantastic. I will be back to her for my other ailments, and will be recommending her services to my friends and family. Thanks Karen!

Because I have Fibromyalgia, arthritis and some very interesting muscle and bone issues, I am very careful about who I see. You came highly recommended and you surpassed those recommendations! Not only are you a very professional gal, you have a gift for what you do. Because you embrace that gift, your energy transfers through your fingers into each and every muscle you touch. I have never ever felt so comfortable, so relaxed, and felt no pain at all today. And that’s rare… I feel words just aren’t enough some times! Thank you and I look forward to our future appointments! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Karen for a spa day - and let me tell you she did not disappoint! I’m a professional house cleaner so sore muscles, abused skin, the works! She started with a massage and she found the knots and the sore spots - including spots I didn’t know were sore - and worked her magic. You might hate her in the moment, but the second that muscle releases she will be your favourite person. The facial was so relaxing, and the products smelled so good. My skin went from irritated and red to so much more even in no time. She even sent me home with some samples that I’m excited to use. Then came the pedicure. I think she took like two inches of height from me just in calluses - but it was so worth it. My feet are so soft and no longer sound like velcro against my sheets. The manicure was so relaxing, the parrafin wax felt like heaven after, my hands aren’t dry and awful anymore!
Now the real trick, was she easy to talk to? I spent 5 hours with the woman and the answer is, YES! So easy to talk to and she made the entire day relaxing and calming. I cannot recommend enough and I will definitely be going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karen is an incredible massage therapist. She was able to get the back spasms I was experiencing to stop so my rib could pop back into place. She is also the only massage therapist that have been to where I have been so relaxed in the massage that I have fallen asleep (twice now)! The energy of Lavender Lilly Massage & Healing is very calming and welcoming.
I have also seen Karen for facials and all of my waxing needs. She is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. She dies excellent work. I will definitely be a regular client.

She explains everything she is doing and helps talk you through any discomfort or “good hurt.” I had a chance to visit her salon for a hot stone foot massage treatment. Karen did an amazing job! She didn’t mind my out of control laughter when she was scrubbing my very ticklish feet! I cannot wait to go back for more treatments.
