Owner did nothing for me after I lost my 15% off paper. Spent over $1500 and nothing. She came to the desk and walked away. Just brutal customer service the last few times in. New girl is really rude. Lost my business.

Just found this gem and we love it. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. She now stocks the chews we prefer, has the brand of raw dog food we like at a cheaper price and now we're just waiting for a harness for our dog that she has ordered for us. Absolutely love this place won't go anywhere else!

Kristi is the bees knees. If you need anything dog or cat related go see Kristi at Go Fetch she knows her stuff! This H2O bottle is ah-mazing. My SD loves it. I keep some water in it beside me on the bed in case he gets thirsty at night and it is fabulous & then I can just pack it up nice & easy to take out with us. All in one, no more having to carry bottles of water & bowls for him.

Staff are knowledgeable (unapproachable though) and the store definitely carries some awesome products. However I’ve noticed that staff are never wearing masks when I go in and I’ve heard they are not vaccinated as well. Won’t be going back

The owner and staff recommended a toy for aggressive chewers that is not intended to be a chew toy, claiming it was safe for dogs to consume as it's made from natural materials, leather and felt. This misinformed advise could have ended up with a very ill dog, an expensive vet bill, or potentially death from choking or a gastrointestinal blockage. When brought to their attention, the owner explained the "not a chew toy" disclaimer on the product tag was there not because the toys are not safe to tear apart, it’s so that they are not expected to last for a chew toy. Furthermore, the owner shared that they love that they are made of natural materials that a dog can pass through the system if they happen to swallow small pieces and will continue to recommend the product for aggressive chewers. Update and reply to owner of Go Fetch after reading your response to my review of your business: You CLAIMED this toy was SAFE FOR CONSUMPTION. I posed on Facebook as a waring to dog owners to not always trust business owners or staff when it comes to the well being of their pets. I encouraged others to trust their gut and do their own research... all without mentioning your business name. This is what I was trying to accomplish... to share my experience and provide a warning and reminder to pet owners. The manufactured offered me a refund, you did NOT. I also never said you suggested that I leave my dog unattended to eat the entire toy. I have no problem with the toy itself, my issue is that you are promoting a product for heavy chewers that is not meant or indented to be a chew toy, saying it's ok to be consumed. The toy is intended for interactive play! You are correct, they toy did not cause harm to my dog. That is because I had common sense in that I didn't trust the information you provided and did my own research by contacting the manufacturer and viewing the product description and indented use on line. I'm happy to post our conversations and the response from the manufacturer to clarify what was said as you continue to miss the point and dig a deeper hole trying to save face. I had hoped that by bringing this to your attention, you would have taken this a learning opportunity to educate both yourself and your staff on the safety and indented use of Tall Tail products.

This is one of the best pet stores in town. Amazing owner and staff. Friendly and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable in the product they hold. So happy to be shopping at a locally owned store that welcomes everyone.

selection of options for my dog with diet allergies is amazing. staff are fantastic - helpful and friendly. i will gladly go out of my way to support this business. highly recommend!

I have never had a bad experience with this store. They are so helpful and will bring in what you need if they can. They check out everything they bring in to make sure it is of the best quality and safe for the animals. They want the best for our pets as if they were their own.
