★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant experience, and they definitely did offer better than another service. I already had an alternate quote, and it was better than them. Unfortunately I feel like I'm better off keeping my car as the replacement cost would be nearly 30k more than keeping the best electric vehicle out there, the Tesla Model 3.

Overall a very nice and easy experience so far. (After sending in a few pictures, I am now waiting on a review of my vehicle to potentially sell)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service advisor, Herman at Toyota on the Trail, Edmonton. He got my car in promptly on a Saturday for diagnosis. (was towed there Friday night). Part was ordered ASAP, cutting down my wait time. He advised me that I could come in Monday am for courtesy car to use that week. As soon as the part came in they installed it for me. Everything went smooth and car is back on the road, Thanks!
