They are very reasonable and realistic to their approach in engineering design, open to suggestions or alternative ways to do something to help with site conditions or cost, and have always been very accommodating and timely in their responses and timelines.
We look forward to continuing to work with CVL on our future projects!

All of our questions were answered which also included a detailed report w/ photos and recommendations. We will definitely use their expertise again in the future when we tackle some major renovations including the removal of a large load bearing wall. I highly recommend CVL Engineers.
