GMNI Medical Imaging at Linwell road was amazing! The service was fast, everyone was very friendly and the ultrasound technician was the best I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this location and I will be returning in future for any other testing! Thank you!

Thank you to the staff at this location for your kind treatment, friendly interaction & no 1.5 hr wait time. I think everyone must forget about this location in St. Catharine's because I did go to the Welland Ave. one and it was a 1.5 hr wait time. I just don't have that kind of time, especially for a 5-10 minute procedure. Muchly appreciated and thanks to all Frontline workers for all you do. You are appreciated beyond words. :)

I had an ultrasound booked for 2:00pm yesterday and was called in at exactly 2:00pm. Very grateful because I had to drink 40 ounces of water prior to the appointment. The ultrasound technician got straight to work and had me off the table in less than ten minutes. Waiting area is covid friendly, well spaced apart and clean. Desk staff quick and efficient.

Words can not describe how much we appreciate the services that my mom has been receiving from Dr Capelletti and the clinic staffs. Thank you for their dedication to help my mother. Great jobs

I am so disappointed in the treatment I received today at GNMI. Being pregnant during COVID has not been easy and the treatment I received left me sad. The technician was not friendly at all, any question I asked about the baby was answered rudely and abruptly rather than speaking to me in a kind patient centred manner as I am allowed to ask questions about my baby and she is able to answer what’s on her screen. I asked for a picture to show my husband who has been left out during any ultrasound due to covid and her response was β€œour printer is broken” this printer was broken since my last ultrasound over 4 weeks ago. When I asked if I can take a picture of the screen to show my husband she was not agreeable but I stated it’s not fair for my husband to not be involved in this and not even receive a picture, she chose the most unclear picture without effort to have something better. I truly wish she recognizes the impact she has on treating someone with such attitude and how it impacts one’s day.

The ladies there were all very polite and professional. I was in on my scheduled appointment and finished and out quickly. They made me feel safe and comfortable.

I had an amazing experience today at the GNMI Linwell location :) My technician was the nicest woman in health care that I have ever dealt with, made me feel super comfortable and chatted with me through my ultrasound. The reception was also great. I was lost trying to find the building and she guided me over the phone and was very kind. Thank you ladies!!

inappropriate demands by the counter woman who disregarded customer's medical condition. Asked to present document confirming her demand with only response being: that's what my boss wants and that's the way it is. Amazing way to deal with customers!!
