★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a terrible experience with Gao, aka Gavin. He was negative and difficult to work with every step of the way, he was rude to us and to his staff. I don't understand how his business is still standing.
When he installed the stone he was shouting in our resturant and at other contractors working in the space.
There was also a crack in the stone that he patched up and didn't tell us about. Overall he was just a very unprofessional and miserable human being to interact with. There's obviously a shortage of people in his line of work as I have no idea how he continues to get business considering how disgusting of a human he is. He makes everyone around him miserable!
