I had to wait for a bit but they gave me a discount with a vehicle upgrade for free and allow me to return the car an hour later. Can't complain anymore. The car is clean and well maintain. Price is good. And I like eastern car. Perfect for what I need

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait more than an hour to be able to talk to someone. The kiosk did not work. Nobody was there. We tried calling and sending text messages and nothing. Eventually after more than an hour the kiosk started working. For a company that prides itself on being on top of customer service and easier to use than communauto, I am not convinced... Especially for the price paid. The car is good and clean.

I am a recurring customer with Globe, partly because of him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: As Globe's response suggests, I got refunded. However, I did need to call them more than 20 times to talk to someone in their billing department. I also left two voicemails. The person I finally managed to talk to was really nice and apologetic, and he solved my problem as I'd taken pictures when I dropped the car. I also received a phone call and an e-mail from Globe after I wrote this review to confirm that I got my refund.
I don't even know where to start. First of all, I got charged for an extra day of rental after I dropped the car off. I returned it at 11AM (which was less than 24 hours after I picked up the car) but they claim I returned it at 10:15PM. I've been trying to call them (I called them more than 20 times) but no one in their billing department answered the phone.
Secondly, my pick up time was supposed to be 9AM but there was a huge line at the location so I could only pick up the car at 11:42AM. 2 hours and 42 minutes just to pick up a car.
The only upside was that the car was really clean and well-maintained, but the other two aspects completely ruined my experience.
