â â â â â 15 minutes, 200$ malgrĂ© qu'ils n'aient pas Ă©tĂ© capable d'examiner un chat de 17 ans en fin de vie. Pas de renouvellement de mĂ©dication sous prĂ©texte qu'il n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© examinĂ© (mais c'Ă©tait correct d'en donner la premiĂšre fois pour faire augmenter la facture). Ăvidemment, ça augmenterait considĂ©rablement leurs revenus de refaire tout le processus (autre examen, sĂ©datifs, analyses supplĂ©mentaires, etc).
15 minutes, $ 200 despite not being able to examine a 17 year old cat at the end of life. No renewal of medication on the pretext that it had not been examined (but it was okay to give it the first time to increase the bill). Obviously, it would considerably increase their income to redo the whole process (another examination, sedatives, additional analyzes, etc.).

I was completely satisfied with the service, warm welcome, explanations given by the veterinarian Anne Fortin were precise, gentle and compassionate towards my cat as much as me. I will definitely return to this clinic.

â â â â â Mon chat est un patient dans cette clinique et il a besoin d'un dĂ©tartrage. Aucune disponibilitĂ© avant septembre ! Et les autres cliniques refusent de prendre de nouveaux patients. Bravo ! Mon chat va souffrir et aura besoin de plus de soins probablement en septembre. Vraiment bravo vous vous souciez de vos patients c'est incroyable ! Jamais je vais y retourner !
My cat is a patient in this clinic and he needs a scaling. No availability before September! And the other clinics refuse to take new patients. Well done ! My cat will suffer and will need more care probably in September. Really bravo you care about your patients it's amazing! I will never go back there!

Je repousse mes rendez-vous pour lâavoir, pour quâil suivent les dossiers de mes amours. Je lĂšve mon chapeau Ă toute lâĂ©quipe qui donne leur 110% pour nos amours.
I love coming into the premises and I am always well received. And with professionalism. My vet is a gem, he's the one who sees all my animals, I only want him !!! I postpone my dates to get him, so that he can follow the records of my loves. I take my hat off to the whole team who give their 110% for our loves.
