D	Diane Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oui, c'est un bon magasin mais hier, je suis arrivée au comptoir pour retourner quelque chose, le personnel m'a vue attendre au comptoir et ont continué à placer la marchandise sur les racks comme si je n'étais pas là. C'est humiliant. J'ai dû demander qu'on vienne m'aider. Je n'ai pas aimé me faire ignorer de la sorte, c'est gênant. Yes it is a good store but yesterday I came to the counter to return something the staff saw me waiting at the counter and continued to place the merchandise on the racks as if I was not there. It's humiliating. I had to ask someone to come and help me. I didn't like being ignored like that, it's embarrassing.

"Aller par là" qu'on m'a dit. Je ne trouvais pas ! En redemandant de l'aide elle accroche un jean et me dit "c'est celui là. Prenez cette grandeur" et elle est partie !!!! Une chance qu'il faisait sinon je serais encore là à essayer de trouver le jean qui me convenait. Usually I like this store. Today should not have been a good day. No service and hard to get help to help me choose the right jeans. "Go over there" they told me. I could not find! By asking for more help she hangs jeans and says "this is it. Take this size" and she left !!!! A chance it was otherwise I would still be there trying to find the jeans that suited me.
