Building has lots of bugs ,roaches,mice,and more

This building is the worst building to live in there are bed bugs all over everywhere in the building and cockroaches this building is dirty and the manager is the worst marion milks is not management material when u have a problem with someone in the building she won't do anything about it I will be moving soon as I don't like it here and I'm being harassed and nothing is being done about it if u are planing on moving here don't

Horrible horrible place smells like intense cigarette no ventilation only one fire exit witch all apartments need two exits no fan in bathroom their are plenty of crack heads and drug addicts and bed bugs every where as well their are cockroaches and always hearing child abuse fights in the hallway as well mail gets stolen by the mail man I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy to live here

Big appartments, cheap rent, but they should invest in better washing machines. There was a mouse problem at some point, ants are also getting in during summer months, and roaches are a constant problem.

I have lived here from December 15th 2015, to November 30th, 2016. It has been the WORST experience of my life. Since day one we have had issues. The apartment was dirty and not fixed when we moved in. In the first months the Super, Marion, and her assistant, Darren, would CONSTANTLY bother us. Always asking to "Step inside our apartment to "chat" at 9pm at night. Trying to tell us not to interact with our neighbors. At some point in the hottest month of the year( june) they came to us telling and demanding us to let them into our apartment to fix a leak in our bathroom that was going downstairs in the below apartment. No 24 hour notice. They would just come in. I would come home from excersising and told I couldent take a shower for the rest of the day. Tried to stop me from installing an air conditioner in July!! Darron also mops the hallway floors at 6am in the morning and coughs like a lumber jack and wakes people up. They put up random unofficial notices( all hand written and barely legiable) everywhere that sound almost threatening. One of which says exactly this " Effective emmediatly nothing is to be left in the lobby, we have garbage out back thats what they are there for, USE THEM." Also, one about the dogs "Marrion has been told to hand out eviction notices to anyone who has their dog on the property without a muzzle, including the parking lot." This is NOT A DOG FRIENDLY BUILDING. I REPEAT, NOT DOG FRIENDLY. Nathan chang refused me entry to my own home because I was watching my grandmother's dog for a week, and outside eithout a muzzle( Marion gave me permission to have a gentle leader and down right lied to police and her own landlord to save her sorry but). Marion and Darren saw me! For 6 days! And as soon as Nathan came in( first time I even met this guy) he yelled at me and almost pushed me outside the building. Horrible, dirty man. Darren always has a new "Escort" in the building. I know because iv been knocking on his door for the past month to ask him when he will fix my sink( which had been broken since thanksgiving), and a new girl opens the door instead of him, half bloody naked! On top of this, I gave in my two months notice and guess what! The heat magicly turned off. Been using the oven to warm the apartment. My mail box has been broken since month 2, and iv had tons of issues with this building. Im VERY happy to be out of here. They have WAY to many rules for such a crumby, run down apartment. Not worth the hassel. If I could give 0 stars I would. Also, big cockroach problem and bed bugs. Stay away from this place. Total nightmare. UPDATE September 2nd 2020: I just visited a friend who unfortunatly moved in here and the place is the same. Garbage place.

Dirty, Filled with cockroaches and bed bugs, and uncaring landlord. Do expect any repairs to be done, or anything done about bugs. They overprice their units at 1200+ for a 2 bedroom, falling apart, nasty, apartment. I would go look elsewhere. ALSO. To not have Visitors parking and not allowing you to have visitors overnights. The building feels like a jail.

Beautiful big apartments worth the price for rent. Really secure building with all the cameras located everywhere inside and out, but the management is by far the worst I have yet to experience. I am a previous store manager and thos is not you treat people especially your tenants. If you want to feel what jail is like then this is the place for you. I am constantly watched by the building manager question about the hours I go out and what for. As well as a guest mine that is not liked by her was no trespassed for no reason. But if you can get passed all that its a nice quiet place to live.

Bugs...bugs...and more bugs..roaches and bedbugs in almost every unit and the landlord doesn't care. They'll even lie about the problem and the next thong you know you're living in a nightmare! They have an elevator but it was broken the whole time I was living there. I wouldn't move back there if someone payed my rent for free. Its in the 2nd worst ghetto in Ottawa besides Vamier. The only good thing I can say is that if you live in the basement at least when a fire happens you'll end up burning to to death because of the jail-like bars on the windows. Also the parking lot is always covered in garbage. Besides lying or omitting the bugs at least the staff there are pretty great (besides the landlord). The super is really nice as long as you don't lie and cause issues. They have many cameras as well protecting the parking lot and building which are monitored daily.
